Apart from one concert on a revolving festival stage in WA last year and a benefit concert in his home state’s South-West last week, it has been a year of being stuck inside, stuck in WA and tucked away from life on the road.
But now Australia’s highest selling independent artist of all time, John Butler, is returning to the live circuit, with a run of solo shows around Australia.
Having previously announced festival Summersalt shows in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, ACT, The Northern Territory, Tasmania and Western Australia the iconic Australian artist has finally unveiled plans to head across the Bass Strait for a very special show at the iconic Princess Theatre in Launceston next Thursday Feb 18th. John will also be playing as part of Summersalt featuring Cat Empire, The Teskey Brothers and more at the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens on Friday Feb 19th.
In this brand new live show, John will be sharing stories from the road and from his heart and playing songs from his vast catalogue which spans almost a quarter of a century!
