This Saturday will see the third annual Old Mate’s Block Party will take place at the Factory in Marrickville.

A festival started to unite music fans and showcase a collection of local and interstate talent hand picked by The Lockhearts. A festival to get people involved in the local music scene and help them discover their new favourite band.
With newer up and coming bands like Pan Pacific Grand Prix and Johnny Hunter playing along side newly added veterans Neon Heart (playing their reunion show) there truly will be something for everyone.
The festival has successfully sold out before doors two years in a row and the third installment is looking no different with first release tickets well and truly sold out.
Old Mate’s Block Party will be the start of a massive year for The Lockhearts who are slated to release their debut album this coming April. Their first single ‘Ride Home’ was released late in 2017 to rave reviews.
