Back for its second year, Harvest Rock will return to its home in Murlawirrapurka & Ityamai-Itpina / Rymill & King Rodney Parks in downtown Adelaide on Saturday 28 & Sunday 29 October 2023 for two huge days of sound and taste.

Harvest Rock II will bring to Adelaide iconic local and international heavyweights to the Harvest & Vines Stages including an exclusive Australian performance from the fabulous funk, soul, and acid jazz master, Jamiroquai. Fronted by Jay Kay, Jamiroquai will hit the stage on Saturday 28 October with a jam-packed set of your favourite hits for the first time back to Australia in almost 12 years. From the timeless classic ‘Cosmic Girl’ to the effortlessly cool ‘Canned Heat,’ you’ll know this boogie is for real!

In another exclusive Australian performance, Beck will deliver an electrifying show in the most ‘Beautiful Way’, featuring his full band on Sunday 29 October. Eight-time Grammy-winner Beck emerged as a reluctant generational spokesperson when ‘Loser’ exploded into a 1994 smash hit. Renowned for his eclectic style, with a career now spanning decades, the American multi-hyphenate has rightfully amassed a dedicated following of music enthusiasts. Harvest Rockers can look forward to an unforgettable musical adventure as Beck delivers a set that spans his acclaimed career.

Looking for some dance floor magic? Look no further than the ultimate disco superstars, Nile Rodgers & Chic. From the band that brought you the iconic hits ‘Le Freak’ and ‘Good Times’ you are sure to leave your cares behind at the Harvest Stage. Australian mastermind duo Flight Facilities will be bringing their fan favourite Decades DJ set to the Vines Stage on Saturday. Canadian electro-funk duo Chromeo, will keep the dance floor alive with their epic performance, along with New Zealand ultra-talented artist Ladyhawke who is sure to keep the good energy flowing.

Plus, there’s plenty of Aussie action to keep music lovers excited. Prepare to be captivated by the poetic lyrics of one of Australia’s most cherished musicians, South Australian local, Paul Kelly. The award-winning ARIA Hall of Fame inductee will have you in all the feels with some guaranteed sing-along moments.

Our national treasure will be in good company with sets from ARIA Award winners Baker Boy, Julia Jacklin and Chet Faker who will be playing some of his first shows in Australia since 2019.

The local talent doesn’t stop there, with festival faves Ocean Alley joining the bill alongside Bad//Dreems, Thelma Plum, Vera Blue, and The Rolling Stone Revue; Fronted by three of Australia’s most captivating rockers – Adalita of Magic Dirt, Tex Perkins, and self-professed Stones tragic, Tim Rogers of You Am I, they will be bringing a full blown rock n roll spectacle featuring the Rolling Stones’ greatest hits. ‘It’s only rock n roll but I like it’!

Sunday will be an all-American affair with Santigold bringing her genre-bending set to the Vines Stage. Defined as one of most eclectic artists of her generation, Santigold’s live show is renowned for showcasing all of her talents, incorporating visuals, choreography and costumes. Yes, we will be watching her Tiny Desk Concert on repeat in the meantime.

Californian brothers Sparks will also make the trip to South Australia, after recently releasing their first new album in 47 years! The sounds of Sparks have been shaping the music landscape for over five decades and while we can’t promise a Cate Blanchett dance appearance, this will be fans first chance to hear tracks from The Girl Is Crying In Her Latte live, along with hits from their iconic discography. After a long awaited reunion, American indie rockers Bright Eyes will be joining the action on Sunday along with The Lemon Twigs and Built to Spill.

Secret Sounds Co-CEO, Jessica Ducrou says; “Harvest Rock is back! We are so excited to present another weekend of incredible music, food, wine, and good times at Harvest Rock II. We’ve lined up some of the world’s most iconic international artists, alongside stellar talent from our own shores, and paired it with the best food and wine offerings from South Australia. At Harvest Rock there’s something for everyone; enjoy our cellar door pop-up, or an exclusive lunch at the pop-up ‘Wildwood’ restaurant by Jake Kellie. We have Little Harvest for the little ones and The Grape Escape wellness precinct for those wanting some well-deserved R&R. Join us in October and experience Harvest Rock II in all its glory.”

“Excitement levels for the return of Harvest Rock have just gone ‘cosmic’, with an incredible line-up of international and local artists coming to our city’s parklands this October. Last year’s inaugural event brought almost 24,000 festival goers to the heart of Adelaide, with nearly one-third of those visiting from out-of-state. This year, with Australian exclusive performances by international headliners and an impressive list of iconic artists from across our nation and abroad, the wonderful momentum of Harvest Rock is only set to grow.” Says South Australia’s Minister for Tourism, Zoe Bettison.

This is just the beginning of Harvest Rock II, catch all these acts with more to be announced for 2 days of the best live music, wine, food, and brews in Adelaide.
