NEW ALBUM STARLIGHT OUT THIS FRIDAY,

ALBUM LAUNCH ANNOUNCED – FRIDAY 7 APRIL

To celebrate the release of his new album Starlight, which is out this Friday, Jon Stevens has announced a very special album launch at Trak on Friday 7 April. The evening’s celebration will include a live performance by Jon and his 12 piece band showcasing songs from Starlight, including the single ‘Hold On’.

On Starlight, Jon Stevens joins forces with legendary musician, songwriter and producer Dave Stewart of Eurythmics, who co-wrote and produced the album. Ringo Starr plays drums on the lonely ballad ‘One Way Street’ and ‘Something Bout You’ features the vocals of Vanessa Amorosi.

Starlight is an album created with a lifetime of talent and experience behind it – backed with the talent of some of the best musicians in the world. The result is a highlight in what continues to be a remarkable career for Stevens and will undoubtedly take his music onto an international platform that is so well deserved.

Next month, Jon will perform for the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal, and in June, Jon will play the UK’s Isle Of Wight festival, making him one of only eight Australians to ever play the prestigious annual festival.
