MONSTERS OF ROCK Down Under continue their rock n roll journey entering into their third year as group, with the release of their new single ‘Your Time’. Hot off the heals of their last single ‘Annie’, this super group has again co written another original rock tune dripping with its ‘classic rock’ influences.
Featuring members of the Screaming Jets, Rose Tattoo and Faceplant, along with the exquisite powerhouse vocalist Holly Wilson, the Monsters are carving out a place as not only a tremendous live force but also a formidable songwriting team. With Screaming Jets co founder and songwriter Grant Walmsley Freebird at the production helm, the band are keeping it all in house, with Craig ‘ Rosie’ Rosevear steering the graphic design and on line media.
Your Time was influenced by the life and times of Former Screaming Jets Manager and mentor Aaron Chugg who tragically passed while on tour in 2013.Aaron was also the tour manager/live sound engineer for Psuedo Echo, Hoodoo Gurus, Alex Lloyd, Evermore and The Whitlams amongst others. His attitude to life was “seize the day” and make this moment “Your Time”….the track pays tribute to the man and his message. The tracks artwork features Aaron on the cover and his photo regularly adorns the stage at Monster of Rock Gigs.
