THE CURE TOUR 2016 – Perth and Adelaide shows announced

Confirming that they are one of the hottest tickets in town, tickets for THE CURE’s Melbourne and Sydney shows were swiftly snapped up during the general public on-sale last Friday. A limited number of tickets remain for both shows.
 
Now it’s the turn of Adelaide and Perth Cure fans as details of the band’s performances in those cities have been confirmed as:

 

Adelaide Entertainment Centre        Friday July 29
Perth Arena                                      Sunday July 31

 
Tickets for both shows will go on sale to the general public at 9am (local time) Tuesday, May 17.

Renowned for their sublime two-hour-plus performances, this July marks The Cure’s first Australian tour since August 2007. The band are currently deep in production rehearsals and set to embark on an extensive run of US dates ahead of their New Zealand and Australian shows.
 
During the past eight years the band has performed a number of high profile London shows and headlined most of the major European festivals including: Roskilde, Reading & Leeds, Hurricane & Southside, Paleo, Vieilles Charrues, BBK, Belfort, Optimus Alive!, Primavera, Frequency, Electric Picnic and Bestival.
 
THE CURE TOUR 2016 will present Robert Smith (voice/guitar), Simon Gallup (bass), Jason Cooper (drums), Roger O’Donnell (keys) and Reeves Gabrels (guitar) as they explore 37 years of Cure songs, mixing hits, rarities, favourites and as yet unreleased tracks in a brand new stage production that promises to be one of the ‘must see’ shows of the year!
