mushroom.com, Mushroom Group’s artist-driven website, is staging its biggest giveaway to date: the Mushroom Golden Ticket.
The lucky winner will receive 12 months’ access to Australia’s biggest tours from July 2016 until June 2017: two tickets to every Frontier tour and a day on the green tour in their nominated city, plus a double pass to Melbourne’s annual tastemaker arts and music festival Sugar Mountain. It’s one epic prize.
There’s just under three weeks to enter (registrations closes June 27) and then from July 2016 to June 2017, the lucky winner is pretty much sorted for a whole year of gigging.
Not ones to place a value on the priceless experience of live music, but if such a prize existed last year, the lucky winner would’ve relished in secured seats at sold-out shows including Drake, Foo Fighters, Taylor Swift, A$AP Rocky, Chet Faker and Ryan Adamsor a cosy position to see Fleetwood Mac at Mt Duneed Estate. A double pass to Sugar Mountain would’ve seen you in the pit for Courtney Barnett and Dirty Three or dancing from afternoon into evening via the flawless Boiler Room line-up.
The lucky winner will kick off their year of live goodness with tickets in July to see dynamite duo The Kills and English pop-electronic producer Låpsley, as well snapping up two coveted tickets to Troye Sivan’s upcoming tour.
Since mushroom.com’s conception in 2013, the site has grown exponentially to become a one-stop destination for the best new music from the Mushroom family.
